Refund policy

DOPA sells both standard-availability and pre-order products. Luna Rest is currently available for standard ordering. IQ300, KIK, CALM and MAX are currently offered on pre-order with an estimated dispatch window of 1–4 weeks, unless otherwise displayed when you order.

You may request cancellation of a pre-order before it has been dispatched by emailing dopanutrition@gmail.com with your order number.

Because our products are consumable nutrition products, opened or used products cannot normally be returned for change of mind. If an item arrives damaged or defective, the wrong item is delivered, or a safety seal arrives broken or visibly tampered with, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and supporting photos.

Approved refunds will be initiated to the original payment method. We aim to process approved refunds within 5–7 business days, although your payment provider may require additional processing time.

Nothing in this policy limits rights available under applicable consumer protection law.
