Shipping policy

Shipping Policy: remove every reference to “all orders are pre-order” and “12 September 2026.” Replace the availability section with:

Product availability and dispatch

DOPA sells both available products and pre-order products. Luna Rest is currently available for standard ordering. IQ300, KIK, CALM and MAX are currently offered on pre-order.

Pre-order products are estimated to dispatch within 1–4 weeks, unless a different estimate is shown on the product page, cart or order confirmation. This is an estimated dispatch window rather than a guaranteed delivery date.

Available products are dispatched according to the delivery information shown at checkout. Once your order is dispatched, tracking information will be sent when available.

If an order contains both available and pre-order products, dispatch timing may follow the latest item in the order unless we notify you that items will be shipped separately.
